Mrs. Renu Kanda is one of the Company's promoters. She has been serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since May 2023. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from Himachal Pradesh University, which reflects her strong academic foundation. Throughout her tenure, she has been a vital part of the Company's journey, making significant contributions to its strategic decisions and overall development. Her keen insight, disciplined approach, and commitment to excellence have enabled the Company to strengthen its operations and achieve sustained growth. With a focus on long-term value creation, she continues to play a vital role in guiding the Company towards its vision and objectives.

Mr. Sanjeev Kanda is one of the founding promoters of the Company and has been associated with the Board since its inception. He presently holds the position of Chairman & Managing Director and has been instrumental in driving the overall vision and growth strategy of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Delhi University, which provided him with a solid academic foundation to embark on his entrepreneurial journey. With his strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of financial management principles, and sharp commercial acumen, Mr Kanda has successfully steered the Company towards consistent growth and stability. His entrepreneurial approach, combined with excellent management skills, has enabled the business to expand its client base while strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers.

Mr. Dievam Singh Kanda is the Whole-Time Director and one of the Company's promoters. He holds a Master's degree in Management from Canfield University in the United Kingdom, reflecting his strong academic background and global perspective. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the overall conduct and administration of the Company's business and affairs, under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors. He plays a vital role in formulating and implementing strategies that drive sustainable growth and strengthen the Company's operational framework. With extensive experience across diverse domains, his expertise encompasses sustainability, diversity, business policy formulation, sales and customer development, corporate governance and brand building. His leadership and strategic insights continue to make significant contributions to the Company's long-term vision and success.

Kamal Dev Arora has been serving as an Independent Director of Raksan since July 29, 2025. He holds a Master of Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Science from Meerut University.

Mr. Arora retired as an Assistant General Manager from the Bank of Baroda, where he served from September 1984 until November 2024. During his extensive banking career, he gained in-depth expertise in accounting, banking operations and management, administration, and analytical functions. His diverse professional experience and proven leadership add significant value to the Board.

Lokesh Vats has been serving as an Independent Director of Raksan since July 29, 2025. He is a qualified Company Secretary and founder-proprietor of L V & Associates. He brings practical experience in secretarial laws, FEMA/ODI/FDI advisory services, RBI filings, SEBI (LODR) compliance, secretarial audits, and corporate due diligence, gained through advisory roles at leading consulting firms and his own practice. His regulatory interface experience (ROC, RD, RBI, IRDAI, NCLT) and transactional background make him well-suited to contribute effectively as an Independent Director.
